Nina Kise is an orthopedic surgeon working in Martina Hansens Hospital in Bærum. She is subspecialized in arthroscopic surgery in knees and shoulders including anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions, meniscal repairs, rotatorcuff repairs and glenohumeral stabilizations, in addition to arthroplasties of knee and hip joints. In 2011 she has started her PhD project focusing upon degenerative meniscus tears and long term results after treatment with either arthroscopic partial meniscal resections or exercise therapy evaluated by functional outcome and progression of joint degeneration.
