Active Rehabilitation for patients with cartilage lesions - A new approach to rehabilitation after cartilage lesions and after cartilage repair
The aim of the project is to define and describe the pre- and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with a focal cartilage defect of the knee as well as the improvements seen in the rehabilitation period. By the use of patient-reported outcome measurements and measurements of knee function (hop test) and strength (isokinetic strength) the effect of an active rehabilitation program should be evaluated.
